Crash Replacement Details and Requirements
Requirements:
- You must be the original purchaser of the parts
- We may extend crash replacement discounts to those who have purchased their parts second hand at our sole discretion
- The crash replacement program cannot be used on sponsorship related parts (parts used by a professional/team that you somehow acquired)
- You must send us a detailed description of the crash
- We must receive all broken parts that are being replaced
- Depending on the part, we may only need proof that the parts have been destroyed (so they can't be claimed again)
- If available, you provide helmet/body/bike camera footage of the crash
- If available, you provide camera footage from a bystander, televised event, or equivalent
- This program applies to legitimate crashes only. If you smash up parts with hammer to get a discount, we'll know it!
