Everything you need to convert your 4-post bar mounts from one bike fitment to another. Our mounts use identical part for every bike, except for the base portion that fits the actual triple clamp. This kit includes everything needed to adapt your existing 4-post bar mounts to another bike and includes the base, attachment bolts, and cones (if applicable). Choose the appropriate fitment:
Refresh the rubber bushings in your Luxon 4-Post bar mount for a new feel. This includes a full replacement set of eight cones (4 top and 4 bottom); choose from Soft (Green), Medium (Yellow), and Firm (Red). These do NOT fit any other bar mounts, only the Luxon 4-Post mounts.
These bushings do NOT fit our rubber isolated engine mounts, those are available here.
This is a set (of four) replacement washers for Luxon 4-post bar mounts.
This is a set (of two) replacement 4-Post Upper bar mount parts. Choose from standard 1 1/8" size, 36 mm size, or Stark Varg fitment (if you don't know, you almost certainly want 1 1/8").

This is a set (of two) replacement bar mount top caps. Choose from standard 1 1/8" size of 36 mm size (if you're not sure, you almost certainly want 1 1/8").
These are the same steel bolts used in our bar mounts, but may fit other brands or locations as well (check sizes to be sure). Prices listed are per bolt. Loctite C5-A anti-seize is required for bar clamp bolt installation, and is not included with the bolts. It is available for purchase below in 7 gram packets. Other bolts may require Loctite 243 threadlocker or other preperation, check the installation instructions for details.
Bar clamp bolts are M8-1.25x25 with a JIS style 10 mm head
Bushing bolts are Flat Head M8-1.25x14 with a 5 mm allen drive
M10 Bar mount to triple clamp bolts fit the KTM and Beta M10 interface only. M10-1.5x30 with a low profile head, allen wrench drive.
Bar mount to triple clamp bolts are M12-1.75 with a low profile head, allen wrench drive. Select your required length for the correct triple clamp:
30 mm: Luxon Gen3 (0 or +5 risers), KTM Cone Interface, Ducati, Stark Varg
35 mm: Kawasaki, Honda, Suzuki, and Yamaha 4-Stroke
40 mm: Luxon Gen3 (+10 or +15 risers), Yamaha 2-Stroke
50 mm: Yamaha 2-Stroke with bar riser kit
