The laser creates a white mark on the anodized background as shown in the images. We cannot change the color of the laser marking. The laser mark will appear as a ghosted white on clear anodize (see photos).

We require a vector file of your artwork to laser etch; any standard vector format will work (.ai, .eps, .svg, .pdf). Your artwork must be a single color with no gradients.

We can mark most any flat or lightly curved location on the parts. For triple clamps, we usually laser the back of the top triple clamp as that is the most visible when everything is installed. We typically mark the back left side, back right side, or directly behind the steering stem.

Keep in mind the area you'll be marking and how well the mark fits. The back of our triple clamps works best with a rectangular shaped marking (long side horizontal). Square or circular marks will work too, but they have to be shrunk down to fit the available height and can end up pretty small. The available marking space on the back of most of our clamps is approximately 15 mm high x 35 mm wide, though that varies depending on the fitment and the aspect ratio of the marking.
