If you manage to bend our bar mounts, this is likely the part that you need to replace. You can check to see if it is bent by removing it from the bike and placing it on something flat (a piece of glass works well). If it rocks, it's bent. These parts only fit Luxon Gen2 triple clamps and standard size 1 1/8" bars.

This piece replaces the stud portion of our bar mounts. Black fits 1 1/8" bars and clear anodize (silver) fits the Renthal Fatbar36 bars. These are sold individually, so if you need a pair, order two! These do NOT fit anything except Luxon Gen2 triple clamps.
This is a set (of two) replacement bar mount top caps. Choose from standard 1 1/8" size of 36 mm size (if you're not sure, you almost certainly want 1 1/8"). Black top caps fit all of our 1 1/8" bar mounts (Gen2, 4-Post, Solid, etc.). Clear anodize (silver) fits our Gen2 mounts for the Renthal Fatbar36 bars.
These are the same studs used in our Gen2 bar mounts for stock Kawasaki and Honda applications, but may fit other brands or locations as well (check sizes to be sure). The stud is grade 5 titanium. Bar mount studs are sold individually and include a matching high-strength steel locknut. If you need a pair, order two! Loctite C5-A anti-seize (not included) is required for installation. One stud and nut weighs 50g total. This is for the stud and nut only; the titanium spacers are no longer available.
These studs do NOT fit Luxon bar mounts for Gen2 triple clamps, or bar mounts for KTM/Husqvarna applications. Spacers for those are available here and bolts for those are available here.
This is a replacement spacer for Luxon bar mounts for stock Honda, Yamaha, and Kawasaki triple clamps. These are simple aluminum spacers, 12 mm ID, 25 mm OD, and 5 mm thick, anodized clear. Do NOT use these spacers on KTM/Husqvarna/GasGas bar mounts as they won't fit. Spacers are sold individually, so if you need a pair, order two!
These are the same steel bolts used in our bar mounts, but may fit other brands or locations as well (check sizes to be sure). Prices listed are per bolt. Loctite C5-A anti-seize is required for bar clamp bolt installation, and is not included with the bolts. It is available for purchase below in 7 gram packets. Other bolts may require Loctite 243 threadlocker or other preperation, check the installation instructions for details.
Bar clamp bolts are M8-1.25x25 with a JIS style 10 mm head
Some of our later Yamaha Gen2 Bar Mounts used a larger through bolt and nut to attach the bar mounts to the triple clamp. Includes the bolt and nut.
This is a replacement rubber cone for all Luxon bar mounts for Luxon Gen1 and Gen2 triple clamps and 2016-2022 KTM/Husqvarna stock triple clamps. These are sold individually, so if you need a full set, order four! These do NOT fit any other bar mounts or triple clamps.
