Gen2 Triple Clamps, KTM/Husky/GasGas
Luxon triple clamps are the lightest aftermarket high-performance triple clamps available. We've achieved this through advanced engineering, optimization, analysis, testing, and real-world validation. No other company is applying this level of technology in developing their triple clamps and it shows. Race proven in professional supercross and motocross; our clamps are optimized to be stronger and lighter than stock, stiff where they need to be, yet compliant and flex for comfort and rideability. Fits various 2013+ model year KTM, Husqvarna, and GasGas models (including 2022.5 and 2023+ bikes). Stock 22mm offset and stock (rubber mounted) bar mount position. Choose from blue, orange, red, or black anodize colors. Select to add Luxon Bar Mounts or no bar mounts. IMPORTANT: Please read the bar mounts section below for fitment details.

Bar Mount Information
Handlebar Size: Luxon lightweight anti-twist bar mounts are optional, but highly recommended. Check out our blog post for more information on our bar mounts.
Luxon 1 1/8" bar mounts fit oversize 1 1/8" (28.6 mm) handlebars (sometimes called fatbars) and Luxon 36 mm mounts fit the Renthal FB36 bars (36 mm). These are NOT the same as fatbars, they have a much larger clamping diameter.
Sorry, we do not offer bar mounts to fit the older 7/8" size handlebars. BRP and other aftermarket companies offer adapter bushings to fit the 7/8" bar diameter in standard 1 1/8" mounts if necessary.
Bar Position: Luxon Gen 2 triple clamps use an identical bar position as the stock 2016-2022 KTM/Husqvarna rubber mounted triple clamps. Our bar mounts are the same height as stock and the same offset, so flipping them forward or backward moves the bars 7 mm (the same as stock). Want to raise the bars a bit? Add these bar riser spacers for some more height.
Mounting/Cone Interface: Luxon Gen 2 triple clamps are compatible with any bar mount that fits stock 2016-2022 KTM/Husqvarna rubber mounted triple clamps. So use your favorite mounts, or use our lightweight anti-twist mounts for the full package. Our bar mounts use rubber cones for rider comfort (vibration and shock dampening). If you prefer the feel of solid aluminum cones, those are available here.
Steering Dampers: We have a variety of options to help mount steering dampers if you require one. Please contact us to discuss your particular application. If in doubt, just ask!

Stock KTM/Husqvarna/GasGas triple clamps are rather lightweight as-is, but they lack strength and torsional stiffness. Our design goals for these clamps were to increase torsional stiffness for more steering precision, increase longitudinal flex for comfort, and increase strength without adding weight. And we did just that! Our clamps feature an optimized balance of stiffness: stiffer in torsion for precise steering, stiffer vertically to maintain fork alignment, yet balanced stiffness with enough flexure in lateral and longitudinal directions for comfort and rideability. Plus they're significantly stronger than the stock clamps. And our bar mount fixes the twisting issue that plagues the stock setup. The new split lower clamp design allows the fork tubes to flex more smoothly at the clamp interface allowing a smoother suspension stroke and more comfort for the rider (see our blog post for details).
Includes upper and lower clamps, steering stem, OEM SKF lower steering bearing/race/seal pre-installed, titanium bolts, anti-seize, and steering stem bolt. Luxon Triple clamps fit stock 2016-2022 KTM/Husky bar mounts, but we highly recommend our anti-twist mounts, which are available in both 1 1/8" and Renthal Fatbar36 (36 mm) sizes.
