Titanium Bolt Upgrade Kits
Bolt Upgrade Kits are available to convert Luxon triple clamps and bar mounts to titanium pinch bolts. Triple clamp kits include Qty 8, M8-1.25x35 bolts. Nexus bar mount kits include Qty 8, M8-1.25x25 bolts. And Solid/4-Post bar mount kits include Qty 4, M8-1.25x25 bolts. All kits include Anti-Seize.

Individual Titanium Bolts
These are the same bolts used in our Gen3 Pro triple clamps and bar mounts, but may fit other brands or locations as well (check sizes to be sure). Fork tube clamp bolts are M8-1.25x35 with a JIS style 10mm head, and bar clamp bolts are M8-1.25x25 with a JIS style 10mm head. Loctite C5-A anti-seize is required for installation and is available for purchase below in 7 gram packets. Prices listed are per bolt.

Product Description, Information, and Details
Made of grade 5 (6Al-4V) titanium, these are 44% lighter than steel at higher strength than class 8.8 steel bolts. We highly recommend Loctite C5-A anti-seize for installation of these bolts and following appropriate torque specifications for your application.
